Happy President’s Day!

February in New England. It’s the unofficial start to the spring automotive selling season… and one of Creative Resources Group’s busiest automotive months.

Planning for the big weekend began before Christmas, with initial creative concepts and media proposals based on each client’s marketing plan. Then, production began in January. And despite continually inclement weather and multiple cancellations and reschedulings,  Creative Resources Group completed four on-location shoots and one studio shoot at our Plymouth, MA studio.

Commercial editing began as early as January 21st, with the majority of television and iCasting campaigns completed by February 9th. In total, CRG produced twenty television ads and three iCasting microsites.

Most notably, Copeland Toyota took advantage of snowy weather conditions and Creative Resources Group’s infamously quick turnaround time. Within just a few hours of Copeland’s call, CRG’s Creative Director Charlie Rasak was at the dealership with a small camera crew. There, the Copeland crew cleaned cars as owners Todd Copeland and Jim Egan ran the plow and the bulldozer.

Just a few days later, a 30 second, 15 second, and 5 second commercial were on the air. A few days after that, another winter storm hit – and Copeland Toyota’s Snow Clearing Sale was a huge success.

Creative Resources Group would like to wish all our automotive clients a happy and successful Presidents Day/Washington’s Birthday month. And though it may be hard to imagine now, this is the time to prepare for your spring and summer campaigns! To find out how, contact us today!
